In this retreat we get to know our body better but mostly we give ourselves space to enjoy it. Pilates will be the means to do it, as a method that helps us get stronger but also dive deep into movement and its complexity. Electronic and immersive sound will accompany strong and invigorating workouts, together with mobility and stretch.
– As a Reiki facilitator, the time we spend together will be covered in Reiki.
– Food and nourishment is also at the center focus of our days, with food by Cecilia Foga. We designed dishes that bring the focus on nourishing our skin from within. High-protein, gluten and refined sugar free, whole-food meals that are nourishing, seasonal, and balanced to support strength, recovery, and vibrant energy.
– We will enjoy Sauna, walks, and the beautiful autumn surrounding colours.
